We are looking for a full time, Direct Hire, Quality Manager with experience in Aerospace or nuclear in Scottdale, PA

Pay is $90k and up based on experience

Description:

- Provide overall leadership for the company's quality program

What you'll do:

• Manage and improve the Quality Management Systems to meet industry standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and NQA-1, as well as, ensuring customer specifications are satisfactorily met.
• Drive strategic initiatives associated with continuous improvement in the Quality system.
• Be responsible for the final certification of product for compliance to Customer requirements.
• Participate in Executive Staff strategic management decisions and company directions, and be part of a global network of quality managers.

Education: Bachelor's Degree

• Degree in Engineering, Quality, Materials Science or related technical field

Experience: 60 months

5- 10 years in quality engineering or quality assurance in a manufacturing setting, You possess 5 to 7 years of quality assurance/control experience in a manufacturing field, with 3 years of supervisory experience. Previous experience with IS9001 is required, A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business preferred, NDT certification and knowledge in aerospace and/or nuclear regulatory requirements are a plus.
